Crawley Wargames Club was formed over 35 years ago, and is now firmly established as a well-renowned club within the Wargaming fraternity.
Our friendly club is fairly unique as we have our own permanent wargaming venue, located in the beautiful surroundings of Tilgate Park, Crawley.
This means we have 24/7 access to our premises, enabling all members to regularly engage in this hugely enjoyable, engaging activity.
Should you choose to join us, after a qualifying period (usually six months) new members are granted keys to the club venue.
This enables wargames to be played at times other than our official meeting nights, offering unrivalled flexibility and access.
If you are just starting out in Wargaming, or perhaps getting back into it after a period of time, the best thing to do is come visit the club on an official meeting night, look around and chat with some of our many members.
We operate an open-door policy and you are most welcome to drop-in anytime. You are also welcome to contact us in advance of your visit if you need further information.
Our club attends five major Wargaming Shows each year, where we present and run either a demonstration game, or a participation game.
In recent years we have won many awards for the games displayed, and were extremely proud to be awarded Best Participation Game at Salute 2014.
