Steve Davis is currently organising a series of weekend games, which will be open to all members to join in. The schedule is as follows:
Sunday 26th May (D-Day -1)
Will (John Wayne ) Warwick will heroically lead the US and Allied Airborne troops in an assault on the Axis line of supply. If they land in the right place.
Saturday 1st June (D-Day Begins)
The opening bombardment and initial landings on Rommel’s Fortress Europe.
Sunday 2nd June (D-Day Continues)
Further landings and the advance inland.
Please note this is a stylised scenario which should lead to completion in the available time frame.
Game Details
Start / finish time for all days is 11:00 to 16:00.
All are welcome to join in to any or all games, but please let Steve Davis know in advance.
If you have your own figures and would like to use, let me have a list. No ringers please.
We will be using Flames of War rules for all games. They are very simple and easy to pick up.
Our group of weekend warriors always play the games in the best of humour and without arguments!
